Darien was great. He was knowledgeable and professional. He explained the issues clearly and was able to quickly and efficiently service my HVAC unit. I was scheduled for a 7-9 am service call but he didn't arrive until closer to 10 am. It might be helpful to alert customers if the tech is running late. There was no follow-up text or call to re-confirm the appointment. I had to call the office to reconfirm that someone was coming today. I didn't rate the cost of the service because I really have nothing to compare it to. I've had the unit serviced in the past and the issues that were raised today were never mentioned before.

excellent service and explained ever thing very well with current condition of unit as well as future things to be aware of he left the cover off the electrical part of the unit but the office was very accomodating and will take care of today
